Belina Low
Co-founder | Head, Growth & Operations

Belina has a strong background in the real estate industry, having worked across asset management, development, and operations. Her experience managing some of Singapore’s largest properties gives her a unique perspective on the challenges building owners face, especially when it comes to energy efficiency and sustainability.

At GRAM, she plays a key role in translating cutting-edge research into practical, real-world solutions. Working at the intersection of innovation and implementation, she ensures that GRAM’s technology isn’t just groundbreaking in the lab but also delivers measurable value to building owners. By staying closely attuned to customer needs, she helps shape solutions that are both effective and easy to adopt.

Her vision for GRAM is to help buildings run more efficiently and adapt to the growing need for controlled environments. By making advanced energy solutions practical and accessible, she aims for GRAM to drive smarter, more sustainable building operations.

Su Rong is a professor at Nanyang Technological University’s School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, specializing in complex system modeling, optimization, and control methods. His research tackles critical challenges in cybersecurity, resource management, and energy efficiency across smart buildings, intelligent transportation systems, and on-demand manufacturing. With over 330 publications and 35 patents, including the core patents behind GRAM Technology, he is both a prolific researcher and a leading innovator in his field.

At GRAM, he oversees technology R&D and product development, ensuring continuous advancement in AI-driven energy optimization. His role also strengthens GRAM’s collaboration with NTU, providing access to cutting-edge research and world-class expertise that drive innovation.

His vision for GRAM is to build a world-class technology powerhouse that redefines building ecosystems. By leveraging advanced AI, control, and automation, he envisions transforming buildings into intelligent, self-sustaining environments that optimize comfort while minimizing energy consumption.

Danny has built his career around technology, AI, and digital transformation, leading AI-driven solutions and large-scale digital projects. His expertise lies in turning emerging technologies into scalable innovations that create real-world impact.
